Optus
Optus set out to refresh its brand in line with the updated strategy, Positive Connections. The challenge was to ensure the brand worked effectively across all layers of the funnel, from broad brand campaigns through to tactical sales messaging, while staying true to the strategy.

We reviewed how the Optus brand was being applied across agencies and identified opportunities to create greater consistency and flexibility. This included updating the graphic language, expanding the colour palette for broader use, extending sales devices, strengthening brand attribution at the campaign level, and ensuring the brand could flex seamlessly for sales or key moments while maintaining a cohesive identity.
